Changing Lanes (2002) IMDB rating: 6.50 Plot: An attorney (Ben Affleck) in a rush to make a court appointment to file legal papers involving a multi-million dollar trust accidentally collides with an alcoholic insurance salesman (Samuel Jackson), who also is a rush for a court appointment involving the custody of his children. The attorney leaves the scene of the accident and strands the salesman, causing him to miss his custody hearing. During the process of the post-crash discussion, the attorney accidentally drops the papers he needs to present in court. The judge gives him until the end of the day to present the papers and thus begins a cat and mouse game between the proponents. Virgin holidays false advertising made me book holiday?
Hi there,

I am looking for peoples opinions on this matter.

I booked a holiday through Thomson with Virgin holidays to go to Florida for 14 nights in March 2010 for my birthday.

My girlfriend & I were going to cancel this holiday and visit Australia at the end of 2010 but we had a USA brochure from when we booked the holiday to Florida and having looked through this brochure we saw an excursion to Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles which said, "The NEW Universal VIP Experience - Be among the select few to gain ultimate access to the world of film-making with your own exclusive 6-hour tour of closed locations of sets such as Wisteria Lane and CSI. The VIP Experience also includes front-of-line access to all shows and attractions, and reserved seating for shows." so we decided rather than canceling the holiday we decided to change it to visit West Coast USA, it cost us ?25 each to change the booking and also brought the holiday cost up considerably but felt it would be worth it as we are huge fans of CSI.

We changed the holiday from 14 nights in Orlando to 7 nights in Los Angeles, 4 nights in San Francisco & 4 nights in Las Vegas (We booked Los Angeles to visit CSI and as the other destinations are only a short flight away we thought we may as well try these also). Approx cost was ?2500+ for the holiday but as we booked the hotel in Los Angeles direct there is another ?1000 on top.

I contacted the VIP Experience manager at Universal Studios Hollywood and was stunned when they informed me NO tour allows access to the CSI set, she told me even though CSI is filmed at Universal Studios, they rent the stage out to the competitor network so they have no way of allowing guests access to the set as they have no control over it.

I contacted Virgin Holidays as I was very angry as we only booked this holiday to visit CSI - Virgin claimed you could visit CSI, I explained what I had been told by the VIP Experience manager at Universal Studios Hollywood and they emailed me back claiming they would

Okay Iam a senior grade 12 and I myself am driving my self crazy, I need some advice
Ive applied to all my University for Pyschology but recently Ive become very interested in Business, I need U math thought to get into Business progams, So my scedual at the moment 5 days into the semester is International business, English, spare and Economics…. so If i decide to take the math i will have to replace my economics class with U math…. Dont know if girl is underage for relationship?
Okay, when this started i was 19. I house sit for family friends when they go away on holidays and have been doing this ever since i was 16. The house is on the edge of a park with a swingset just outside the back porch.
When i was recently house sitting i was spoken to by 2 girls sitting here talking. It was a fairly chilly morning and one wanted to borrow a shirt while sitting there. We got talking, names etc. They asked me to guess there age. said 17, but never got a definitive answer back. I was invited around to there house, which i declined as i had to go out. There was an attraction there on my side.

Over the next month i tried to avoid them, but at least every second day they were out on the swings. Then one day i get a knock at the door, through the door glass window, we catch eyes and she immediantly goes bright red and starts laughing. when i open the door all she wanted was to see if i could put something in the rubbish(there was a bin 10 metres from them), but they walked 50m to ask me to put it in the outdoor house bin.

Its been about 6 months from this time, but everytime i go visiting the family i see them and they talk to me. Should i try to get a age out of them, before even considering anything else. What should i then do after i find out. Both if they are underage or legal?

P.S. Im house sitting again in a few weeks, so will more than likely see them then.

If they aren’t upfront with their age, then they definitely have something to hide. If you’re intent on dating one of them, the safest thing you can do is get a true age out if her before taking it any further. If she’s legal, great, if not, just bide your time until she is if your truly interested. And bless you for even worrying about it!

As a rule of thumb, whatever age you think a girl is (or she tells you she is), multiply by two, divide by three and add three.

Applying the formula to your "17" yr old you get:
17×2=34
34/3=11.33
11.33+3=14.33
=Jail bait - but only if you get caught <ahem>

The formula only works for girls up to "18-19" (15 actual).
The give away: a 16-17 yr old wouldn’t ask you to guess her age. Only girls under 15 actually want guys to think they’re older than they really are. After that age women spend hundreds of $ trying to look younger.

yeah, i defiantly see warning signals here. Yes, i would try again to see how old they are by simply asking and not do any of that ‘guess my age game’…they sound VERY immature and far too young if they’re acting like that. If you don’t get a response from them about their age, then i would politely say you’d like to be friends but nothing more that way you’re safe and won’t get into any issues.

Ok we’ll take a trip out with our friends. The car is full and our friends are happy! We laughed and made fun of silly people in their cars. We spoke to our friends on the street. Some were out and about.
We stopped at a friends house and borrowed her phone. We called everyone and they all came. We had a big party! People were dressed up in outfits, dancing and laughing. There was a band outside. They played all night. We met a couple guys and they were really nice. I finally woke up this morning, now I feel better.

I had a freaky and kinda scary dream but kinda funny dream i don't know what it means. please help?
Ok. it started out when i went to my friends house. we were sledding on his hill at 6:00. i told him i had to go home. and then i saw a rock sticking out of the ground. i reilized it was a gravestone. so i was kinda freaked out and i went home. i was glad i went home. i then went to bed. and as i usually do i get a book out from my head board and read. but all i found was a big dusty old boook with a skeleton head on it. i opened it up and started reading. then i saw in my backyard there was a semi truck driving in the woods. I figured that it would of crushed the gravestones and i was relieved (i dunno how the gravestones got into the woods). I started radeing and then there was a big wind that came through and it was coming from the living room. i saw a gigantic coffin on the dinner table, cobwebs and all and it slowly opened up and out came a human with bits of flesh and muscle still on it. It was hideous. I went up to my room but it beat me up the stairs and picked me up. i luckilly picked up my dads swiss army knifes and fliped em open and started to stab and slash at the beast. It did no apperant effect. I dropped the knife and escaped his grasp. i went to my brothers room and tryed to wake him up. He just said: "Mommy, i dont want to go to school today. its too early. i want to make brownies for my teachers…." I brought the book i opened and brought it in my brothers room and slammed it shut. There were all these little stick people that exploded out out and i just called them black mites. And i herd a yell/screaming noise. i figured it was the monster and i slammed the book shut again and he was sucked into it and everything was back to normal and then i woke up.
i didnt eat anything heavy or sugary it was just a normal day….

Blah blah blah I’m not reading all of that. It was a dream, a poorly written story thought up by your subconscious self. In fact, chances are you aren’t even remembering one dream, it may be many, which after waking your brain has tried to combine into a coherent story. They mean nothing, except that you should probably try to relax a little more.

I once had a dream that kim jong il had me assasinated while i slept on a couch after a well attended party in my office building like apartment. Oh and Dwight Shrute was there dressed like Peter Pan.

Heartbeat Question Please Help, Thanks?
Ok so I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and they told me that the baby’s heartbeat was a little slow 80 bpm. I recently had a miscarriage so this freaked me out a little but my doctor told me not to worry. Well today I had another ultrasound at 9 weeks and the heartbeat was 185 bpm. My doctor won’t call until tomorrow about it but I just wanted to know what you guys know or think, Is this a normal healthy heartbeat for a 9 week fetus? Thanks and baby dust to those who want it
