The one that has worked for me for a while now is Ovguide.com. The reason this site will most likely top most is because it is a main link to hundreds of sites. All you do is go to Ovguide.com, type in the movie you’re looking for at the top in the search bubble. When you hit enter, it will list all of the sites listed on Ovguide with the movie you want to watch.

Another way is searching manually. When you go to Ovguide.com, scroll down to find all the sites listed. There will be hundreds of pages, so it’s best to do the original search I mentioned. It the left hand side of the site you’ll find the categories list. Hit movies before searching. But, the other categories include, TV, Music, Cartoons, even Adult if you’re interested.

Which movie version are you talking about? I know of seventeen different film versions, and I’ve seen eleven of them.

Are you talking about the 1939 classic with Laurence Olivier and Merle Oberon? (That’s the most famous version.)
The main difference would be that they left off the entire second half of the novel. This film version ended with Catherine’s death.

The majority of film versions don’t get the book right, and there are almost too many differences to name. If you could tell me specifically which film version you’re asking about, I might be able to tell you more.

If you want to know which film version is the closest to the novel, that would be the 1978 BBC miniseries starring Ken Hutchinson and Kay Adshead. I have to say, they actually did a pretty good job sticking to the novel. I think it’s about as close as a film version could get.

Reservoir Dogs (1992) IMDB rating: 8.40 Plot: Six criminals, who are strangers to each other, are hired by a crime boss Joe Cabot to carry out a diamond robbery. Right at the outset, they are given false names with an intention that they won’t get too close and concentrate on the job instead. They are completely sure that the robbery is going to be a success. But when the police show up right at the time and the site of the robbery, panic spreads amongst the group members and one of them is killed in the subsequent shootout along with a few policemen and civilians. When the remaining people assemble at the premeditated rendezvous point (a warehouse), they begin to suspect that one of them is an undercover cop.

What is a reservoir dog? Why did Q. T. call his movie "Reservoir Dogs"?

The title for the film comes from a combination of two other movies. Tarantino, not very good at speaking French, always referred to Au revoir les enfants (1987) simply as "that Reservoir movie". He also is a big Sam Peckinpah fan, and likes his film Straw Dogs (1971). So he combined the two titles to get "Reservoir Dogs".

He has never said for 100% certain, it has a few possibilities that he has left open for interpretation.

One posibilty he said in an interview is that a Reservoir Dog is nickname or something you might call a rat.
