Strangers always give me nasty looks and say nasty things about how i am dressed?
The thing is, I wear more clothing than most girls my age, I am only 4′11"/100 lbs, but all the extra weight is in my boobs/butt/thighs. I am very thin, but also curvy and i have thick, wavy hair and mature facial features…if I wear something that shows even a little bit of skin I will get told nasty things…today was the first day a guy ever said something mean about my looks (except in middle school when ppl made fun of me for having bad teeth/clothes). I was wearing converse, a skirt, baggy jacket and thigh high socks, and heard from the street "put on some clothes." I am sure it was aimed at me…because I am used to this by now.
In over 100 degree weather, everybody is wearing short shorts and showing cleavage. I wear a t-shirt and short shorts and ppl say i look like a porn star.
If I wear a mini skirt with a t-shirt and sneakers i still get approached by random strangers telling me how disgusting it is and that i need to cover up.
Even last month some random guy stopped my boyfriend while he was DRIVING, to ask where I was…NEITHER of us even know the dude 
I never see nor hear about similar stories of other women going through this.
To be honest, I have perfect proportions and I don’t wear much makeup or spend around 30 minutes brushing my teeth, doing my hair/makeup, and picking an outfit and getting dressed every morning.
I do not work out (although sometimes i play sports and stuff for FUN), I eat what I want, and I never even got my nails done. I have no plastic surgery (except i had braces), and I usually dress very classy. Even then, people will look at me up and down and give me nasty looks.
I feel really upset by this, because I see other girls wearing clothing MUCH more provocative than mine *no questions asked!*, but maybe because they are taller/more slender, or overweight I never see people give them mean looks or purposely go out of their way to ram into them (yes, ppl either jump out of my way, or look at me and then knock into me). Even if I am standing somewhere, I have ppl say, "EXXXXCUUUUSE MEEE!" in rude voices although they can EASILY pass me WITH THEIR ARMS STRETCHED OUT AT THEIR SIDES! Again, they usually look at me just as rudely as well…
I am a VERY nice person, I dont even kill bugs. I am a gamer, artist, jazz guitarist, anime-freak, cook, and err…I obviously care about more than just looks…but these comments/looks/rude behaviors get to me.
I can see it in ppls eyes sometimes when they are being polite…i can see they think i am some kind of a "sex-pot." I only kissed two guys before…and one was my ex, and the other is my boyfriend! im not a sex pot
A lot of ppl in my family are petite, but have to get breast reductions…Im not sure if its from my Russian side tho…because I am very curvy in the back as well. I dont feel I have anyone to talk to about this stuff, as I have never seen anyone with my body type…
I feel so depressed by how people treat me. I love my body, but I don’t understand why people treat me as if I am "asking" to be made fun of…as I don’t have anything fake (and even then, why would someone make fun of someone using plastic surgery if its not hurting them!?).
Its so difficult to not let these comments get to me…I was already made fun of as a kid…Thanks and my question is: why do strangers do this to me, and how can I not feel hurt by it?

well you coudl try to change things
you could try to go into the more modest way of dressing and see if things change
but it seems that you feel fine about urself
so just ignore peopel like that
you have your boyfriend and that should be enough
just to knwo that one person out there is gonna hold you up should make u forget about everything that other poeple may say
ignore people, if you can
if not try to change things
ask someone you trust what is wrong with you, why people are liek this and see if w/e they say would make you better off, u can do

First off you are worry WAY too much about what other people think. Yes it is hard to overcome the scrutiny of others and sometimes it really gets you down but the best way to get back is to NOT care!
You keep saying you like the way you look and you love your body but after reading this you sound a little insecure. If you really did love everything about your looks then you wouldnt be writing a paragrah to random strangers on yahoo answers!
Heres the deal - be proud of your looks. You sound like an attractive women so flaunt it! Don’t be ashamed of who you are because it wont give others a chance to really get to know you!
If they stare, then they stare!
You said for "your age" so I am not sure exactly how old you are but if you are still in school look for new places to live once you graduate. It sounds like where you are at too many people are worried about what happens in everyone else’s lives rather than their own!
Be proud of what you are, what you have and what you have to give!
